94要退！一位女網友表示，自己在39元商店購買了椅墊，後來發現「尺寸不合」回去換，但店家告知物品屬於「個人衛生用品」不得更換，最後還是凹到店家退換商品，卻還是心存不滿上網抱怨，「我心情也很不舒服」。沒想到，看完文章後，網友卻都在留言處狂罵，認為這行為超級「奧客」。

女網友2日於「爆料公社」發文表示，自己回家後發現坐墊與家中椅子大小不符，店員卻告知依規定不得退貨，不滿地說「天啊！這個我拿回家完全沒使用過，也在7日內退換，台灣旅遊地圖也無剪標，包裝完整」，認為店家如果認定是「個人衛生用品」，應該要用包裝袋保護起來，不然大家都摸過了，這樣有衛生嗎？

雖然女網友最後成功退換商品，店員卻也明確告知受到損失，客戶買回去的商品拿來退，也無法重新上架，必須淘汰，因為下一個顧客如果發現，新買的坐墊曾被另一個人做過，心理可能會很不舒服。女網友接著表示，自己不會不舒服，「不然別人坐過的椅子都要消毒或更換椅墊，不然大家都很不舒服」，最後附上網上找到的相關規範定義參考。

看完文章之後，許多網友紛紛打臉，「實體店面本來就可以不讓客人退換貨，讓客人退換貨只是給客人方便，可是常常有人方便當隨便」、「實體店面沒有七天鑑賞期」、「沒念書也要多看點電視！實體店面哪來的7天鑑賞期？而且才39元而已耶！奧客小姐～」、「我要來一個巴洛式華麗大白眼」、「哇！此樓人山人海，樓主臉腫的像胖虎」、「為什麼要欺負店員小姐」、都讓你退了，還來PO文討拍」、「最討厭客人拿消基法說嘴」、「自己截圖不適用『網購』退貨了」。

許多人也抓出附上的參考資料中，是「不適用『網購』7天退貨」的表格，留言「上面明明寫網購唉唉」，原PO也出面回覆，「 店舖有提供換貨服務，但找不到定義標準，所以拿來參考之，謝謝」，並且表明自己沒有退貨，「看清楚文章好咩」。
